What can one expect out of the Fitness Boot Camp?
- Your very own personal trainer at a fraction of the cost

Do you want a personal training session without breaking the bank? Bootcamp is an alternative workout outside the gym. We'll transform a park/outdoor space in Monroe into the ultimate adventure workout space giving you a total body workout. No two classess are ever the same so you won't be bored. There will be cardio along with strength, flexibility and resistance training. Some days may bring partner exercises or hill training while another may bring relay races. Each session will last for 3 weeks. Each class will last for 1 hour. You choose how many days a week you'd like to come. At the begining and end of each 3 week session, the trainer will assess each boot camp participant. The assessment will allow the participant to set goals and measure their progress. We offer unlimited email support for all your questions regarding fitness and weight loss during the span of the bootcamp. Each participant will bring 3-8 lb dumbells, workout mat, water bottle, and good running sneakers. Everyone is welcome whether you're a couch potato, an athlete or anyone in between. This is a healthy solution for new moms, busy professionals, athletes, or anyone who wants to make a change.

Are there make-up classes if I miss any classes? Signing up means a committment to yourself. Attending all the classes will help you successfully achieve your goals. However, we know that things happen. If you must miss class, you are welcome to make up one of your classes with one of the other time slots available.
What happens if it rains? Bootcamp is rain or shine. The only time we won't workout is if it is thundering/lightening. In that case, we will have a make-up class that we will keep you informed of.
How many people are in each class? Bootcamp will be limited to 20 individuals.
What kind of results will I see after 3 weeks? You will see more energy in yourself as well as a stronger leaner person. You will see decreased body fat and increased muscle tone. Many people drop lbs and lbs and have to go out and buy new clothes! We do however recommend 6-8 weeks of bootcamp training to
Can I continue after the four weeks? Absolutely. Your welcome to join the next bootcamp session to continue your progress.
Do I need to be "fit" to join bootcamp? Not at all. Thats why you are coming to us! There will be folks of all fitness levels at bootcamp. Everyone will be working to there own capabilities in a motivating and encouraging environment. All bootcampers have one thing in common and that is the desire to boost their fitness levels.
Will I get a refund if I choose not to continue? No refunds will be given once you register and sign up.
Can I mix and match classes? We ask that you sign up for a specific schedule and if you need to come to a different class due to your schedule, just let the instructor know ahead of time.
